Am I supposed to pay the license fee in advance and till when are the licenses valid?
Bulk plans will be applicable only if the purchase is made at a single go. One cannot at any point, buy licenses piecemeal. Plus 100% of the license fees has to be paid upfront in advance before the roll-out. The licenses are available to be consumed within 1 year from the date of purchase.
For how long will each license will stay active and is it transferable?
Each license can be attached to a single learner only and is non-transferable post activation. Each license would stay active for a 3-month duration post activation.
Can I switch my Plan once I have paid for it?
Yes. You can switch between Plans but the total amount paid cannot be returned back. For example: If you switch from Certified to Basic Plan, the total amount paid remains same, but the number of licenses will change, depending on the per license price that applies. Please note, downgrading isn't possible once licenses are activated.
Do I get a dashboard?
Yes. Hello English shall provide dashboard for Admin team to set up Enterprise, add nominations and allot licenses as need.
Who will host the app and dashboard?
The App, and the dashboard would be hosted by 'Hello English'. Client at no point, would own any IP rights to the content, features, format, design or any other aspects of Hello English.
Will Hello English help out with the device or internet issue as well?
Hello English will guarantee a 98% uptime on its servers. It cannot control, and is not liable for the user's (Client's employees) device's issues/ internal Client's desktop or other device issues, or connectivity issues (internet etc.) at the user's or Client's end.
