1. Shed
A separated building from the house usually for storing garden tools.
(கொட்டகை -

2. Loft
Space in the roof of the house usually used only for storage.
(பரண் -
பொருட்களை வைப்பதற்கு என்றே வீட்டின் மேற்கூரையில் இருக்கும் ஒரு இடம். )
3. Attic
Room in the roof space of a house (could be lived in. )
(மேல்மாடி அறை -
வீட்டின் கூரையில் இருக்கும் (வாழத்தகுந்த) இடம். )
4. Cellar
Room below ground level without any windows used for storage.
(நிலவறை -
பொருட்களை சேமித்து வைக்க தரைமட்டத்தின் கீழ் அமைந்திருக்கும் ஜன்னல்கள் இல்லாத அறை. )
5. Basement
Room below ground level, with windows, used for living and working.
(பேஸ்மெண்ட் -
வாழ, வேலை செய்ய பயன்படும் ஜன்னல்கள் கொண்ட தரைமட்டத்தின் கீழ் அமைந்திருக்கும் அறை)
6. Landing
Flat area at the top of a staircase.
(லேண்டிங் -
படிக்கட்டுகளின் உச்சியில் இருக்கும் தட்டையான இடம். )
7. Hall
Open area as you come into the house.
(ஹால் -
நீங்கள் வீட்டிற்குள் நுழைந்தவுடன் அமைந்திருக்கும் விசாலமான இடம். )
8. Porch
Covered area before the entrance door.
(தாழ்வாரம்/முகப்பு -

9. Pantry or larder
Large cupboard used, especially in the past, for storing food.

11. Study
A room for reading, writing, studying in.

12. Balcony
An area with a wall or bars around it that is joined to the outside wall of a building on an upper level.
(பால்கனி -
மேல்தளத்தில், வெளிப்புற சுவருடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும், சுற்றிலும் சுவர் அல்லது பட்டிகள் கொண்ட ஒரு இடம். )
