Candidate: Sure. I was working with Big Bazaar, and I was responsible for sales and customer support at one of their outlets. I primarily looked after the beauty and wellness section at Big Bazaar. My role involved making the customers aware of our products, responding to their queries, helping them in finding the right products, and also grievance handling.
