Hope you're doing well. My sister is getting engaged on the 4th of October in Antalya. Since I would be responsible for ensuring that the event is successful and everything is taken care of, I would request you to grant me a leave for 3 days. I would need to travel to Antalya for the occasion.
(Umarım iyisinizdir. Kız kardeşim 4 Ekim'de Antalya'da nişanlanıyor. Nişanın iyi geçmesinden ve her şeyle ilgilenmekle sorumlu olduğum için sizden bana 3 gün izin vermenizi talep ediyorum. )
Kindly grant me leave for 3 days (3rd to 5th October, 2016). I would resume work from the 6th of October. I would make sure all urgent pending items are taken care of before the 3rd.
(Lütfen 3 günlüğüne (3 - 5 Ekim 2016) bana izin verin. 6 Ekim'de çalışmaya devam edeceğim. Acil işlerin 3 Ekim'den önce tamamlanmasını sağlayacağım. )
