1. Dermatologist = skin specialist (त्वचा विशेषज्ञ) (त्वचारोगतज्ञ)
2. Cardiologist = heart specialist (हृदय रोग विशेषज्ञ) (हृदयरोगतज्ज्ञ)
3. Gynecologist/Gynaecologist = female disease specialist (स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ) (स्त्री रोग तज्ज्ञ)
4. Dentist = doctor of teeth & jaw bones (दांत और जबड़े की हड्डियों के डॉक्टर) (दंतचिकित्सक)
5. Ophthalmologist = eye specialist (नेत्र - विशेषज्ञ)(नेत्रचिकित्सक)
6. Orthopedist = Muscle and bones expert (मांसपेशियों और हड्डियों का विशेषज्ञ) ( अस्थिरोगतज्ज्ञ)
7. Anesthesiologist = a specialist who administers an anesthetic to a patient before he is treated
(वह विशेषज्ञ जो चेतना शून्य करने वाली औषधि का बंदोबस्त करता है) (असा तज्ञ् माणूस जो रोग्याला भूल देण्याची सोय करतो. )
8. Endocrinologist (अन्त:स्त्रावविज्ञानी) = diagnoses and treats diabetes, hormone imbalances, thyroid disease and other disorders of the endocrine system. (अंत:स्त्राव विशेषज्ञ, जो मधुमेह, संप्रेरक असंतुलन इ. अंत:स्त्राव निगडित रोगांचा विलाज करतो. )
9. Gastroenterologist = specializes in diseases of the digestive system. (पचन संस्थेवरच्या रोगांचा जाणकार)
10. Hematologist (रुधिर रोग विशेषज्ञ) = a hematologist specializes in diseases of the blood and bone marrow. (रुधिरशास्त्रज्ञ, रक्त आणि अस्थिमज्जा निगडित रोगांवर विलाज करणारा)
11. Hepatologist = specializes in diseases of the liver. (यकृताच्या रोगांवर विलाज करणारा. )
12. Neonatologist = cares for premature and critically ill newborns. (अकाली जन्मलेल्या नवजात बालकांच्या रोगांचा जाणकार)
13. Neurologist = a neurologist specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of disease and functions of the brain, spine, peripheral nerves, muscles and nervous systems (चेतासंस्थेच्या रोगांवर उपचार करणारा तज्ज्ञ)
