I wanted to bring to your notice there is some error in calculating my salary for the month of May 2016. I have only been paid for 27 days.
Sir, I did not take any leaves in the month of May. However, on certain days, I was not working from the office but was on duty, doing field visits. I had informed my manager of the same and sent a copy of the approval to the HR team via e - mail.
I would highly appreciate if you could look into the matter and take necessary action to rectify the error.
