1. How to make a contact:

e. I'd like to speak to Jill. (मैं जिल से बात करना चाहूँगा. )
f. I'm trying to contact Jill. (मैं जिल से बात करना चाह रहा था. )
2. Giving more information:
a. I'm calling from Tokyo / Paris / New York / Sydney . . . (मैं Tokyo / Paris / New York / Sydney से बात कर रहा हूँ)
b. I'm calling on behalf of Mr. Mark . . . (मैं Mark की तरफ से बात कर रहा हूँ. . . )
3. Taking a call:
a. Mark speaking. (Mark बोल रहा हूँ. )
b. Can I help you? (क्या मैं आपकी मदद कर सकता हूँ?)
4. Asking for a name / information:
a. May I know who's calling? (क्या मैं जान सकता हूँ कौन बोल रहा है?)
