'Anger' idioms: 

1. Be up in arms: if you are up in arms about something, you are very angry. 
(ਤੁਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ. 

E. g. The population was up in arms over the demolition of the old theatre. 

2. Bite head off: if you bite someone's head off, you criticize them strongly (and perhaps unfairly). 
(ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ (ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਨਾਵਾਜਬ) ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ. 

E. g. worked 10 hours day all week and my boss bit my head off for not doing my share of the work! 

3. Blow fuse: if you blow fuse, you suddenly lose your temper and become very angry.

4. Cheesed off: if someone is cheesed off with something, they are annoyed, bored or frustrated. 
(ਗੁੱਸਾ, ਬੋਰ ਜਾਂ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਹੋਣਾ) 

E. g. Jenny is absolutely cheesed off with her job. 

5. Cut it out!: If you say 'cut it out' to someone, you are telling them to stop doing something 
(ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾਉਣਾ) 

E. g. I've had enough of your insinuations, so just cut it out! 

6. Fit to be tied: Someone who is fit to be tied is extremely irritated, upset or angry. 
(ਬਹੁਤ ਚਿੜਨਾ, ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਜਾਂ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਹੋਣਾ) 

E. g. Harry was fit to be tied when his dog dug up the flowers he had planted. 

7. Get rise out of: if you make someone react angrily by jokingly saying something that you know will irritate them, you get rise out of them. 
(ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਤੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਉਡਾਓ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਚ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਦੇਣਾ)
