'EMOTIONS' Phrasal Verbs: 

1. Cheer Up (जब आप दुखी हों और दोबारा खुश हो जाएँ): When you're feeling sad, and then you start to feel happy again. 

2. Lash Out At (Someone) (जब कोई आपसे अचानक से गुस्से में बात करने लगता है): When someone suddenly and unexpectedly speaks to you in an angry way. 

3. Crack Up (एकदम से हंस पड़ना): To crack up is to suddenly start laughing (we also say “burst out laughing. ”) 

4. Calm Down (गुस्से में होने के बाद शांत हो जाना): The process of going from angry/agitated to more relaxed/calm. 

5. Let (Someone) Down (किसी को निराश करना): To disappoint someone. 

6. Lighten Up Loosen Up (चीज़ों को कम गंभीरता से लेना): To take things less seriously. 

7. Goof Off Goof Around (मूर्खतापूर्ण बर्ताव करना): To act silly.
