ADVISE 

verb which means to offer an opinion or suggestion to someone. 

ADVICE 

noun which means: an opinion or recommendation offered as guide to action. 

'Advice' is noun, which means 'a suggestion' about what should be done, and 'advise' is verb which means to give advice. 
E. g. 
  • She advised me to not go out after dark.

  • have to seek advice from my teachers.
