Types of Tea:
1. Oolong: a kind of dark - coloured China tea made by fermenting the withered leaves to about half the degree usual for black teas. (गाढा - रंग चीन चिया)
2. Earl grey: a kind of China tea flavoured with bergamot. (स्वादिष्ट चीन चिया)
3. Black tea: tea served without milk. (काला चिया)
4. Green tea: tea made from unfermented leaves that is pale in colour and slightly bitter in flavour, produced mainly in China and Japan. (मुख्य रूप चीन र जापान मा उत्पादन, रंग मा फिक्का र अलिकति स्वाद मा तीतो)
5. Herbal tea: a hot drink made with or flavoured with herbs. (एक तातो पेय जडीबुटी संग स्वादिष्ट)
6. Yellow tea: It is produced similarly to green tea, but with an added step of being steamed under a damp cloth after oxidation, giving the leaves a slightly yellow colouring. (यो हरियो चिया जस्तै उत्पादन गरिएको छ, तर, ओक्सीकरण पछि नम कपडा अन्तर्गत बाफ दिएर पातहरुलाई अलिकति पहेँलो रंग दिइन्छ)
7. Fermented tea: Fermented tea (also known as post - fermented tea or dark tea) is a class of tea that has undergone microbial fermentation, from several months to many years. (धेरै महिना देखि धेरै वर्ष सम्म माइक्रोबियल किण्वन भइरहेको चिया को एक वर्ग)
8. Matcha: powdered green tea leaves, dissolved in hot water to make tea or used as a flavouring. (धुलो हरियो चिया पात, चिया बनाउन तातो पानी मा भंग)
9. Chamomile: an infusion of dried flowers of sweet camomile. (camomile को सुकेको फूल को एक जलसेक)
10. Iced tea: a chilled drink of sweetened tea without milk, typically flavoured with lemon. (दूध बिना मीठा चियाको चिसो पेय, सामान्यतया कागति संग स्वादिष्ट)
