Natural Disasters:

2. Volcanic eruption (ज्वालामुखी विस्फोट): the sudden occurrence of a violent discharge of steam and volcanic material
3. Tsunami (सुनामी): A long high sea wave caused by an earthquake, submarine landslide, or other disturbance.
4. Cyclone (बवंडर): a system of winds rotating inwards to an area of low barometric pressure, with an anticlockwise (northern hemisphere) or clockwise (southern hemisphere) circulation
5. Earthquake (भूकम्प): a sudden violent shaking of the ground, typically causing great destruction, as a result of movements within the earth's crust or volcanic action.
6. Blizzard (बर्फ़ का तूफ़ान): a severe snowstorm with high winds
7. Hailstorm (ओलों का तूफ़ान): a storm of heavy hail
8. Hurricane (तुफ़ान ; बवंडर को तुफ़ान भी कहा जा सकता है): a storm with a violent wind
9. Drought (सूखा): a prolonged period of abnormally low rainfall, leading to a shortage of water
10. Sand dune (बालू का टीला): a dune is a hill of sand built by either wind or water flow. This is common in deserts (रेगिस्तान).
11. Landslide (जमीन के एक बड़े टुकड़े का पहाड़ पर से फिसल जाना; हिल स्टेशन पर लैंडस्लाइड होना आम बात है): a collapse of a mass of earth or rock from a mountain or cliff
