Ayurveda believes that each body is different but has a unique proportion of the Three forces called Vata (Gaseous in nature), Pitta (Acidic in nature) and Kaph (has the tendency to store cough). The balance and imbalance of these three forces causes illness in the human body. Eac body has these three force , but one or two of them predominate.
Ayurveda is very different from Allopathic medication and believes in natural and traditional healing derived from the elements of nature.
