People often use abbreviations on chat and WhatsApp. Although, they are not proper English words, people often use them as it makes typing faster. Here are the full forms of these common abbreviations
WhatsApp वर किंवा Chat वर बोलत असताना लोक बऱ्याचदा संक्षिप्त शब्दांचा (abbreviations) वापर करतात. विशेष म्हणजे हे इंग्रजीतील शब्द तर नसतात, पण, चटकन लिहिता यावे म्हणून लोक या संक्षिप्त शब्दांचा वापर करतात.

6. DM: Direct Message = थेट संदेश पाठवणे; Example: If you have something important, just DM me. Don't message anything publically. (जर तुमचे माझ्याकडे काही तातडीचे काम असेल तर मला थेट संदेश पाठवा, इतर लोकांमध्ये लिहू नका. )
7. IDK: I don't know = मला माहित नाही
8. IMHO: in my humble opinion = माझ्या दृष्टीकोनातून
9. ROFL: rolling on the floor laughing = पोट पकडून हसणे (इतके हसणे कि हसता - हसताच खाली कोसळणे)
10. w/o: without = च्या शिवाय; Example: I will be going to the mall w/o my friend. (मी माझ्या मित्राशिवाय मॉलमध्ये जाईन. )
11. XO: hugs and kisses = आलिंगन आणि चुंबने; Example: I will see you later, XO! = मी तुला नंतर भेटेन, आलिंगन आणि चुंबने!
