'Be' has many forms - is, are, was, were
In all the forms, it is used as a linking verb.
Neha: Who is responsible for this?
(इसके लिए कौन ज़िम्मेदार है?யார் இதற்கு பொறுப்பு?)
Ajay: She is.
(அவள் தான்)
Here, 'is' is the form of 'be'.
1. Will you be going to the mall?
(நீங்கள் என்ன மாலுக்கு செல்கிறிரா?)
2. When will it be?
(அது எப்போது நடக்கும்?)
3. They will be waiting for us.
(அவர்கள் நமக்காக காத்து இருப்பார்கள். )
