1) Begin with a greeting

Always open your email with a greeting, such as "Dear Ravi".
सधैं अभिवादन बाट शुरु गर्नुहोस् जस्तै "प्रिय राम"
If your relationship with the reader is formal, use their family name (eg. "Dear Mr. Kumar").
यदी तपाईं को पाठक सित को सम्बन्ध औपचारिक छ भने थर प्रयोग गर्नु (उद्धारण - आदर्णीय श्री श्रेष्ठ)
If the relationship is more casual, you can simply say, "Hi Ravi". If you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to, use: "Dear Sir/Madam".
यदी तपाईं को पाठक सित को सम्बन्ध अनौपचारिक छ भने नाम प्रयोग गर्नु (उद्धारण - प्रिय राम) नाम थाहा नभएको बेला आदर्णीय श्रीमानं वा श्रीमती प्रयोग गरिन्छ.

If you are replying to someone who has done you a favor, you should begin with a line of thanks.
यदी कसैले तपाईं लाई सहयोग गरेको छ भने क्रितग्यता प्रकट गरी आरम्भ गर्नुहोस्.

If you are starting the email communication, it may be impossible to include a line of thanks. Instead, begin by stating your purpose. For example, "I am writing to enquire about. . . " or "I am writing in reference to. . . "

4) Add your closing remarks
अन्तिम टिप्पणी
Before you end your email, it's polite to thank your reader one more time and add some polite closing remarks.

5) End with a closing
समाप्ती
The last step is to include an appropriate closing with your name. "Best regards", "Sincerely", and "Thank you" are all professional. Avoid closings such as "Best wishes" or "Cheers" unless you are good friends with the reader.
