Lesson 180 First/Real conditional

ಸೂಚನೆ

=

Conditional Sentences, ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಏನಾದರು ನಿಜವಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಆ sentence ಅನ್ನು 'Real conditional sentences/ First conditional sentence' ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
Real condition = ನಿಜವಾದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ.

Condition ತೋರಿಸಲು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವಾಕ್ಯವು 'if' ಇಂದ ಶುರುವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
If = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ

If I see Peter, I'll tell him to call you = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಾನು ಪೀಟರ್ ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ, ನಾನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಿನಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೇಳುವೆ.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ 'I', ಪೀಟರ್ ಜೊತೆ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಇದು 'real' condition (ನಿಜವಾದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ) ಆಗಿರುವುದು.
ಇಲ್ಲಿ, If I see Peter (ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಾನು ಪೀಟರ್ ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದರೆ) = Conditional Clause
I'll tell him to call you (ನಾನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಿನಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೇಳುವೆ) = Main Clause.

'ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಮಳೆಯಾದರೆ, ನಾನು ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.' ಇದರ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ ಆರಿಸಿ ; ಆಂಗ್ಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುವಾದ ಮಾಡಿ

'ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಾನು ಓದುವುದನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿದರೆ, ನಾನು ಇಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವೆ.' ಇದರ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ ಆರಿಸಿ ; ಆಂಗ್ಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುವಾದ ಮಾಡಿ

If I finish studying, I'll go to the party tonight.

If I finish study, I'll go to the party tonight.

If I finish studying, I'll goes to the party tonight.

If I am finish studying, I'll go to the party tonight.

ಸೂಚನೆ

If you are in a hurry, I will call a taxi = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀನು ಅವಸರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿಯನ್ನು ಕರೆಯುವೆ.

ಯಾವಾಗ 'if' ಇಂದ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳು ವರ್ತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಜವಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ, first/real conditional ನ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ವಾಕ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 'you' ನ ವರ್ತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಡವಾಗುವ (ಅಥವಾ ಅವಸರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ) ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ.

'ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಹಸಿವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ಅಡುಗೆ ಮಾಡುವೆ.' ಇದರ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ ಆರಿಸಿ ; ಆಂಗ್ಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುವಾದ ಮಾಡಿ

If you are hungry, I am cook for you.

If you will hungry, I will cook for you.

If you are hungry, I will cooking for you.

If you are hungry, I will cook for you.

ಸೂಚನೆ

If you need a ticket, I can get one for you = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದನ್ನು ತರುವೆ.

Real/first conditional ನ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಏನಾದರು ಆಫರ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲು ಎರಡಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಸೂಚನೆ

If you don't behave well, you will regret it = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ, ನೀನು ಪಶ್ಚಾತಾಪ ಪಡುವೆ.

ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡ Real/first conditional ನ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಸೂಚನೆ

If you are studying for the test, I'll come back later = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಾಗಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೆ, ನಾನು ಆಮೇಲೆ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಬರುವೆ.

'If' ಇಂದ ಶುರುವಾಗುವ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಯೆ+ing ನ ಪ್ರಯೋಗ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಸೂಚನೆ

If I arrive before 5, I will give Neha the message = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನಾನು 5 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಮುಂಚೆ ತಲುಪಿದರೆ, ನಾನು ನೇಹಾಗೆ ಸಂದೇಶ ನೀಡುವೆ.

ನಾವು ಒಂದು ಘಟನೆ ಆಗುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಷ್ಟು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ 'if' ಇಂದ ಶುರುವಾಗುವ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 'will' ನ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲಿ 'I', 5 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಮುಂಚೆ ತಲುಪುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ.

ಅಲ್ಲಿ 'I', 5 ಗಂಟೆಯ ಮುಂಚೆ ತಲುಪುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದೆ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ 'should' ನ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಸೂಚನೆ

You will miss the bus if you don't run = ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀನು ಓಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಸ್ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗುವುದು.

ನಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ first conditional ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 'if + not/don't' ನ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ 'unless' ನ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು

You will miss the bus unless you run = ನೀನು ಓಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಬಸ್ ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗುವುದು.

Unless ನ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ, ನಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮೊದಲೇ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿರುವುದು, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ 'not'/ 'don't' ಹಾಕುವ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ.

'ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ನೀನು ಹುಷಾರಾಗಿ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದರೆ ನೀನು ನಿನಗೆ ಗಾಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವೆ.' ಇದರ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಅನುವಾದ ಆರಿಸಿ ; ಆಂಗ್ಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುವಾದ ಮಾಡಿ
