As long as = જ્યાં સુધી (condition) ત્યાં સુધી
As long as = જો / સિવાય કે (provided that)

Eg: I will accept the gift as long as it isn't expensive. = હું ભેટ સ્વીકાર કરી લઈશ, સિવાય કે એ મોંઘી ના હોય.

'In case' અને 'If' સમાન લાગે છે, પરંતુ 'in case' precaution (સાવચેતી) માટે પ્રયોગ થાય છે અને 'if' condition (પરિસ્થિતિ) માટે.
