We can join two sentences that refer to the same person or thing using a relative clause.
(आपण त्या दोन्ही वाक्यांना, जे एकच व्यक्ती किंवा वस्तूच्या दिशेने इशारा करतात, relative clause ने जोडू शकतो).
Rani screamed when she saw the spider that dangled from the bathroom towel. = राणी ओरडली जेव्हा तिने कोष्टी पहिला जो कि बाथरूम च्या टावेलला लटकलेला होता.
Here, 'that' is a relative pronoun. 'That dangled from the bathroom towel' becomes the relative clause.

'Who' is the relative pronoun of 'he'.

Relative pronouns always follow the word they refer to (Relative pronoun, ज्या शब्दाला दर्शविते, त्याच्या लगेच नंतर येते).
Who = Relative pronoun, describes the word 'girl'. Hence, it comes right after 'girl'.
Combine these two sentence using a relative pronoun. 'The woman you are talking to. She is a genius.'
The woman, you are talking to, who is a genius.
The woman, who you are talking to, is a genius.
