‏Rani screamed when she saw the spider‎.‎ It dangled from the bathroom towel‎.‎ = رانی چلّائی جب اس نے مکڑی دیکھی۔ یہ غسل خانہ کے تولیہ سے لٹکی ہوئی تھی۔

We can join two sentences that refer to the same person or thing using a relative clause.
’’ہم ان دونوں جملوں کو، جو ایک ہی انسان یا چیز کی جانب اشارہ کرتے ہیں، relative clause سے جوڑ سکتے ہیں‘‘

Rani screamed when she saw the spider that dangled from the bathroom towel. = رانی چلائی جب اس نے مکڑی دیکھی جو کہ غسل خانہ کے تولیہ سے لٹکی ہوئی تھی۔

Here, 'that' is a relative pronoun. 'That dangled from the bathroom towel' becomes the relative clause.

The man has gone on a space mission. He lives next door. = وہ آدمی خلائی سفر پر گیا ہے۔ وہ میرے پڑوس میں رہتا ہے۔

We can join two sentences that refer to the same person or thing using a relative pronoun ’’ہم ان دونوں جملوں کو relative clause سے جوڑ سکتے ہیں جو ایک ہی انسان یا چیز کی جانب اشارہ کرتا ہے‘‘َ

The man, 'who' lives next door, has gone on a space mission. = جو آدمی، میرے پڑوس میں رہتا ہے، وہ خلائی سفر پر گیا ہے۔

‏.Relative pronouns always follow the word they refer to 'Relative pronoun‎,‎ جس لفظ کو ظاہر کرتا ہے،اس کے فوراً بعد آتا ہے'۔

Who = Relative pronoun, describes the word 'girl'. Hence, it comes right after 'girl'.
