'Kulhads' to return to railway stations 15 yrs after introduction.
Railways Minister Piyush Goyal has instructed caterers at Varanasi and Raebareli stations to use terracotta - made 'kulhads' which were introduced 15 years ago, for serving tea.
The move will provide huge market for local potters who are struggling to make ends meet, officials said.
In 2004, former Railways Minister Lalu Prasad had introduced 'kulhads' to boost the dying pottery industry.
