The national capital experienced a pleasant day on Sunday as light rains and cloudy weather took the maximum temperature four notches below the season's average to 32. 4 degrees Celsius, Met office said.
A cloudy sky with some rain/thundershowers are likely on Monday.
"Generally cloudy sky is expected on Monday.
Light rain or thundershower is very likely to occur towards night, " said an official of India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 33 and 27 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Sunday's minimum temperature settled at 27. 2 degrees Celsius, one notch below the season's average, while the humidity oscillated between 87 and 72 per cent.
Saturday's minimum temperature was recorded at 24. 4 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average while the maximum temperature settled at 30. 2 degrees Celsius, seven notches below average for this time of the season.
