In a Facebook post, she has invited people to contribute to her film via a campaign on Wishberry, a popular crowd - funding platform in India.
"We are crowd - funding to raise funds for post production.
We have put in a lot of time, effort and money into the film, now we're at the last leg and we would love to have all of you join in on the journey, " Rohini posted.
Inspired from a real - life incident, the film is about a young boy whose hard - earned money gets stolen, and how he's determined to recover it.
The film stars Cheran, Nithya Menen, Salim Kumar and Pasupathy.
