In a relief to Nestle India, the Supreme Court on Thursday delayed class suit proceedings initiated against it by the Centre before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
A bench of Justices Dipak Misra and Prafulla C Pant also directed that fresh testing of Maggi samples would be conducted in the government - accredited laboratory in Mysore and not in Chennai as directed by the Commission.
