Trinamool Congress MP Mukul Roy on Saturday asserted that his party will come back to power in West Bengal with more than two - third majority in the 2016 assembly polls.
Relegated to the sidelines following his CBI grilling in the Saradha scam, Roy, a Rajya Sabha member, on Friday held discussions with party supremo and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at her Kalighat residence, signalling his "homecoming' on the eve of the assembly elections.
"She led the way in ushering in change in Bengal. The elections are approaching; naturally, I had detailed discussions with her. Trinamool will come back to power in Bengal with more than two - third majority, " said Roy.
