Renowned Pakistani umpire Aleem Dar recently ventured into the food industry of Pakistan and opened his first restaurant in Lahore. The umpire opened his restaurant 'Dars Delight' in PIA society in Lahore.
Dars Delighto serves fast food, continental, Chinese and Desi food along with BBQ and has a decent ambiance to go with both inside and outside the restaurant. According to Dar, his restaurant operates under the same motives he has lived by throughout his life and career.
The restaurant's main purpose is to provide people more job opportunities and raise money for Dar's own charitable causes. He is already running a Cricket Academy which is helping hearing impaired children by polishing their skills.
Following the launch of the restaurant in December, Aleem Dar received a lot of praise and blessings for his new venture by the renowned Indian Batsman Virat Kohli. Kohli uploaded a video praising Aleem for his efforts and wished him best of luck for his newest venture.
