Colombia's national football team returned to training on Monday in a soft session featuring only the substitutes after a 3 - 0 win over Poland, their second match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
On Sunday, Los Cafeteros earned their first three points in Group H and eliminated Poland from the tournament, thanks to Yerry Mina's goal five minutes before the half, followed by Radamel Falcao in the 70th minute and Juan Cuadrado a few minutes later, reports Efe.
In preparation for Colombia's game against Senegal on Thursday, nine field players and two goalkeepers practiced at the team's training camp at Sviyaga stadium, some 35 km from the southwestern Russian city of Kazan, while the remainder of the team did recovery exercises in their hotel gym.
Japan and Senegal lead Group H with four points each, followed by Colombia with three and Poland with zero.
