 The Indian joint venture of Japanese auto major Toyota Kirloskar Ltd unveiled telematics services for its customers at the Auto Expo here on Thursday. 
 
"The cloud based telematics services under brand name Toyota Connect will give customers access to our global standard of personalised services from mid 2016, the company said in statement. 
The integrated platform is supported by call centre and dealer network and service providers as in Japan and the US. 
"Our car owners will be able to access the call centre through smartphone application, Toyota Motor Corporation general manager Makoto Aihara said in the statement. 
With host of services like 24X7 assisted navigation and live traffic information, 24X7 GPS location based road side assistance, online maintenance appointment booking, live check of service progress, payment etc, the dedicated service will support customer's driving and lifestyle needs.
