 both should and would are auxiliary verbs which mean they can be used with a main verb . Use of should is for advice . Example -That's not good , you should go to the doctor. Use of would is to talk about unreal situation ( finished time). Example -Vishnu datt sharma would go to visit Hawamahal if he had more vacation time.
