what's the difference of using will & shall with "I"?

We cannot us eshall and will with "I" because it is a rule in grammar that will and should can only be used with second and third persons like you, she, it, they, etc... Example:-He will call her today for the party. Shall can be only used with the first person like I ,we, etc... Example:-We shall be in Japan by this time next year.
