Is it correct to ask - 'What is your good name?'

There is no such term as 'good name'. A name is never 'good' or 'bad'. So if you have to ask someone's name, you could ask - May I know your name?

"What is your good name?" is wrong statement. It is wrong to ask. The correct statement is "What is your name?"

I think, here good name means the name which is used on ID card or any certificate instead of nick name.
