When will we use will & shall in future tense

Both will and shall are used in the future simple. For 1st persons (I&we) shall is likely and will is determination. For 2nd and 3rd persons the above said is in reverse. Ex : I shall meet him tomorrow. (likely) I will meet him tomorrow. (determination) You will meet him tomorrow. (likely) You shall meet him. (Compulsion)
