Can anyone tell me where can we use third form with 'is are am'

Is, am, are, was, were, be, being, been.. are Be forms in English. Be+v3 is used in passive voice only . Ex : She is loved by me. (is +v3) I am loved by her. (am+v3) They are loved by her. (are +v3)
