'Their' used to refer ownership. Example:- This is their website. That is their suitcase. 'There' used to refer things which are far from us. Example:- There is she. There is the thief. Catch him.

1."Their" is objective form of They.(it shows belongingness of a group).. like I_my. 2. "There" is a pronoun, which denotes a distant place from the speaker. Ex :it's their room. There is their room.
