i cannot speak english properly .. plz help me

Don't stop at the listening portion, and when you study, don't just listen. Speak out loud the material you are listening to and practice what you hear. Practice speaking out loud until your mouth and brain can do it without any effort. By doing so, you will be able to speak English fluently.

I WOULD SUGGEST SOME DO’S AND SOME DON’T. 1.Don’t hesitate while speaking in English. 2.Be natural, simple and confident. 3.Forget mistakes if you commit while speaking. It does not necessary mean that you can commit mistake, try to avoid mistake; rather ignore in case you commit. 4.Remember that you are in alpha stage, so it is natural that you may face pronunciation problem, vocabulary problem and sentence construction problem. 5.Reading will not improve your speaking ability but your vocabulary. 6.So to speak fluently is to learn pronunciation properly. Our Indian languages are simple to learn, because they are spoken as they are written and are written as they are spoken; but English is unlike Indian languages which not written as spoken. It is simply because in written English there are 26 alphabets that constructs words, but in spoken English there are 44 sounds that constructs words. 7. British UK council has provided a free software so that we can learn these sounds. 8.There are online pronunciation dictionary websites that provides audio of pronunciation of words like howjsay.com. 9. If you are using smart phone there are pronunciation software that will help you. 10.Now another thing is enough vocabulary. It is assumed that to speak English fluently we need only two to three thousand words.
