Use of 'do' with- I, we, you, they Use of 'does' with- he, she, it Use of 'am' with- I Use of 'is' with- he, she, it Use of 'are' with- we, you, they.

use of DO / DOES with main verbs use of do : 1st person ( i ,we) and 2nd person (you) eg: do you speak english ? ( right bcaz main verb is used ."speak") are you speak engilsh ? ( wrong) Use of DOES : 3rd person ( he, she , name etc) eg: does ram speak english? Use of IS/ARE / AM with auxiliary verb , noun , adj. etc IS : he she it etc ARE: you we etc AM : I eg: you are student. ( student is noun) i am reading this ( here am is auxiliary verb) i am good ( here good is adj.)
