When it is used as an adjective.. It has plural meaning. Ex : They are Indian citizens.. Indian soldiers.. Indian women.. Indian politics.. etc (origin) But as a noun to suggest plural.. 'Indians' should be used. Ex : There are many racial attacks are recorded on Indians in the US today. So many Indians refused against to Trump's policies.
