What is the difference between adjective and adverb ?

Adjectives are qualifiers. (They add some quality to the words) Adverbs are modifiers. (They increase already existing values)

"Adjectives" describe a 'noun' or 'pronoun'. "Adverbs" describe a 'verb', 'adjective', or other 'adverb'.
