we are "Indians" right.. here they used we r Indian.. no plural.. which is correct??

Absolutely you are right. Indians.. is right answer. it's a noun it should be used like so, but when it is used as an adjective Indian.. Is also right. We are Indian.. It means Indian people or citizens.
