Ought to.. Is used to express a moral obligation. Ex When you drive, you ought to wear a helmet. You ought not to drive when you're drunk.

'Ought to' means - "Used to express something that you expect will happen". Example:- 1. He "ought to" be home by seven o'clock. 2. They "ought to" have arrived at lunchtime but the flight was delayed. 3.If you show the receipt, there "ought not" to be any difficulty.
