why there is no use of shall with i

Shall is used to express likely things for first persons (I & We) Will is to used to express determined things. For the second and third persons it will be reversed. That's why there is a golden rule that 'try to avoid using shall with the second and third persons'.

Who said you.. There is no use of shall with the subject "I"?! Shall is always used with " I & We" to express possible future or likely things.
