yes both r right.. its just a different way to say.

Get is a verb it has lots of meaning like पाना, समझना,मिलना,करना, होना, so u can use anywhere. like here in first sentense you are saying in sence of:-- मुझे पर्याप्त समय् नहीं मिला। in 2nd sentence you are saying in sence of :-- मेरे पास पर्याप्त समय् नहीं है। get is very nice verb u can use in many places to fulfil or make or sentence
