news are not opening

I am not getting daily notifications like news, articles, videos, and audioes. Applications being crashed many a times. There is no daily notifications. I am unable to get coin. Old notifications are being shown,and there is no response also. Please look into the matter and solve the issue. Please treat this as urgent.
