An action started in the past but continues up to present is referred as present perfect tense. eg : 1)She has been studying the lessons since yesterday night. 2)They have been doing the work since morning. 3)I have been learning this lesson since the day before yesterday.

Present perfect continues : It is used to show an action which is start in past and still continue in present . Let's understand it by examples: _She has been praying since morning . _They haven't working since last 4 years. _i've been using this app since last one week . _Reena has been preparing for exams.
