hello sir,i have a doubt,1.does your sisyer speak english?2.do your brother speak english,my question is both sentences have 3 rd person,whenever 3rd person come we must use does know,but why here like this,,,,,,

Yes, You're Correct... Does your Sister Speak English? and Does your Brother Speak English? are Correct.
