I want to learn fluently in English but how can I correct my pronunciation because hesitation in speaking please tell me how can learn speaking English

You may first need to train your tongue to pronounce any words/sentences correctly by reading much in a loud voice( that helps to reach fluency). Take texts that fulfill your field of interest and start reading carefully without caring much about "meaning" because the aim is to train your tongue to pronounce properly and get a correct and natural utterance of sounds/ words. The more you read the faster you will be doing it. Once you have done this several times you will notice that each time you want to express yourself, it will be done spontaneously because your tongue has been trained enough to do the expected job.
