"I will waiting" is simply that you will do this in future in a general way without stating or referencing a specific future time. "I will be waiting" means you will do that at a specific future time. That specific time may or may not be stated, depending on the context.

'I will be waiting." is correct because with will we always use v1 of any verb.

I will be waiting- firstly it is a future continuous tense means in future you will wait for someone continuously... I will wait- it is a future indefinite means in future that will you do this in future in general way
