Do you remember me? It's correct. It's a sentence of simple present tense, we use "are" in simple present tense when there is no verb (remember) in the given sentence with we,you,they,plural subject. Ex:- Are they teachers? "Are" is also used in present continuous tense. Ex:- Are you remembering me? Do - is used in simple present tense when there is a verb (remember) in the given sentence with I,we,you,they,plural subject. Ex:- Do you remember me?
