Sorry, I use a auxiliary verb in wrong way...which is.....Incorrect: There is options. Correct: There are options. I am really sorry for my subconscious mistake.

O... year, I understood your point, please don't consider me as a elementary student....I know that know is used in simple present tense & knew is used in simple past tense.....try to understood my question. In some cases know is a wrong answer...in which case know is an incorrect answer.

If the answer is know, the sentence is in present tense. If the answer is knew, the sentence is in past tense. But you can use both know and knew in that sentence.

Both are correct option for this sentence because here is not clear. If you want to make the given sentence in simple past tense then "knew" is right option and if you want to make the given sentence in simple present tense then "know" is right option.
