Stressed and unstressed vowels kya hai please explain me

 a stressed and an unstressed. In 1st word, the first letter is consonant. So, we should use "a" as articles before "stressed". In 2nd word, the first letter is vowel. So, we should use "an" as articles before "unstressed".
